Job Summary : The Sales Engineer will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's CSSD & Sterilization portfolio across Upper Egypt, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with hospitals and healthcare providers.
ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell CSSD & Sterilization equipment to hospitals and healthcare facilities.Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base across Upper Egypt.Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions.Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial offers.Follow up on sales opportunities until closing.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.Coordinate with the application and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.Participate in conferences, workshops, and exhibitions.Monitor market trends and competitor activities.Prepare regular sales forecasts and activity reports.Achieve assigned sales targets.
Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Science, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in CSSD & Sterilization medical equipment sales.Hands-on experience with one or more of the following products:Steam Sterilizers (Autoclaves).Hydrogen Peroxide Plasma Sterilizers.Washer Disinfectors.Ultrasonic Cleaners.CSSD Workstations.Packing & Sealing Machines.Sterilization Containers & Accessories.Strong understanding of CSSD workflow and sterilization standards.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strong business development and key account management skills.Ability to travel extensively across Upper Egypt.Own a car with a valid driving license (Mandatory).Must be a resident of Upper Egypt.Good command of English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
