Monitor various departments to ensure compliance with business processes, work instructions, and newly implemented systems by conducting sample reviews or interviews with relevant personnel, and report observations to the direct manager.Perform audits on the implementation of new work instructions to identify issues, non-conformities, or deviations from documented procedures.Accurately document audit findings, prepare audit reports, and highlight observations and areas of non-compliance.Assist in preparing and tracking Corrective Action Reports (CARs) resulting from audits or identified non-conformities.Follow up on the implementation of corrections and corrective actions, ensuring timely completion and verifying their effectiveness.Conduct periodic audits of policies, procedures, and operational processes after implementation to evaluate their effectiveness and the level of compliance.Support Quality Management activities, including maintaining and tracking Quality Management System (QMS) records and documentation.Assist in improving the Quality Management System document control process by ensuring documents are properly maintained, easily accessible, and kept up to date.Prepare quality reports in accordance with the requirements of the Quality Management team.Participate in the preparation for internal and external quality audits by gathering the required documentation and providing support throughout the audit process.Communicate with relevant stakeholders regarding Quality Management System requirements and audit results.Perform any other quality-related duties assigned by the direct manager.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.0–1 year of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) or Quality Control (QC) is preferred.
Basic understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements, auditing principles and procedures, document control processes, and data analysis skills is preferred.Very good command of written and spoken English.
