We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Remote Airbnb Operations & Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our overseas property management business.
This role combines office administration, guest communication, Airbnb reservation management, scheduling, document organization, basic accounting, and operational coordination.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while providing excellent customer service in a fully remote environment.
Manage Airbnb reservations, guest communication, and booking support.Respond professionally to guest, client, and team emails, WhatsApp messages, and inquiries.Coordinate check-ins, check-outs, cleaning schedules, maintenance, and follow-up tasks.Monitor daily operations and escalate urgent issues when necessary.Track guest requests, complaints, maintenance issues, and cleaning progress until resolved.Organize invoices, receipts, contracts, property documents, and company records.Update spreadsheets, calendars, trackers, and internal systems.Follow up on quotes, invoices, payments, and missing documentation.Assist with basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks.Coordinate with cleaners, contractors, suppliers, tenants, and management.Prepare weekly operational reports and administrative updates.Provide general administrative support to management.
Fluent spoken and written English.Experience with Airbnb, Hostfully, Turno, or similar property management platforms is an advantage.Experience with Airbnb, hospitality, or property management is highly preferred.Customer service and professional communication skills.Experience in office administration, virtual assistance, or operations.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge is an asset.Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, email, and cloud storage.Reliable computer, stable internet connection, and the ability to work independently.
