Supervise and oversee the implementation of administrative security procedures across company sites.Lead and manage security personnel, ensuring effective daily operations.Develop and implement security plans and risk management procedures.Monitor and control the entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles in accordance with company policies.Respond to emergencies, investigate security incidents, and prepare detailed reports.Coordinate with different departments to ensure compliance with security and safety policies.Conduct regular security inspections and patrols to maintain a safe and secure environment.
Retired officer from the Armed Forces or Police.Preferred age: 30–42 years.Previous experience in administrative security, industrial security, or site security management.Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.Good communication and report-writing skills.Professional appearance with a high level of discipline and integrity.Proficiency in Microsoft Office is an advantage.Willingness to work rotating shifts and travel between company sites when required.
