Job SummarySunshine Group is looking for an experienced Commercial Supervisor to lead the daily activities of the commercial team, ensuring timely quotations, effective customer follow-up, and strong coordination with the Operations Department.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in freight forwarding, pricing, customer relationship management, and commercial operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial OperationsSupervise the daily activities of the commercial team and ensure all tasks are completed on time.Review quotations before submission to customers.Ensure quotations are competitive, accurate, and aligned with company pricing policies.Monitor quotation turnaround time and follow up on pending offers.Customer Relationship ManagementMaintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide excellent customer service.Follow up on quotations.Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and commercial issues professionally.Coordinate with Operations to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.Pricing & Market AnalysisCoordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transport providers, and overseas agents to get competitive rates.Monitor market and logistics rate changes to support competitive pricing.Review Incoterms and shipment requirements to ensure accurate quotations.Internal CoordinationWork closely with the Operations, Finance, and Customer Service teamsSupport the Commercial Manager in implementing commercial strategies and improving workflows.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.Minimum 2–3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics commercial operations.Previous experience supervising a commercial team is preferred.Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, shipping documentation, pricing, and Incoterms.Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Very Good command of English.
