• Supervise all architectural works on-site in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Ensure proper implementation of finishing works with high quality standards.
• Review and approve shop drawings, materials, and method statements.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other engineering disciplines.
• Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Identify technical issues and provide effective solutions on-site.
• Conduct regular site inspections and report any discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site procedures.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Liaise with consultants and project management teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience in site supervision (architectural works).
• Strong knowledge of construction details and finishing works.
• Experience in reviewing shop drawings and BOQs.
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Revit is a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture engineering.
