If you understand the hospital sales cycle and are passionate about impacting healthcare delivery, this role is for you.Role Overview:As a Corporate Sales Executive focused on hospital accounts, you will be responsible for identifying decision-makers, understanding hospital-specific challenges, and presenting tailored solutions.
You’ll manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and proposal development to closing deals and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:Identify, engage, and develop relationships with hospital stakeholders including procurement, administrators, department heads, and C-suite executives.Understand hospital operations and align our solutions to their clinical and financial goals.Lead presentations, product demos, and negotiations with hospital clients.Manage and grow a pipeline of opportunities within your territory or assigned accounts.Collaborate with internal teams (clinical, product, and implementation) to ensure a smooth client journey.Stay up to date on hospital regulations, reimbursement trends, and competitive offerings.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 1 year in hospital or healthcare-related sales.Understanding of hospital procurement cycles and healthcare compliance requirements.Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
