Senior Accountant - Construction & Real-estate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accountant to join our vibrant team with the Construction sector in Cairo, Egypt. Overview: As a Senior Accountant specializing in Construction and Real Estate, you will be a pivotal force in managing the financial health of our diverse projects. You will leverage your comprehensive accounting knowledge and proficiency in Odoo ERP to ensure accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial insights. Responsibilities:Oversee and manage all accounting operations related to construction and real estate projects, including accounts payable, and accounts receivable.Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and reports, providing actionable insights to management.Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies, particularly within the contracting sector.Manage cash flow, reconcile bank statements, and maintain accurate financial records using Odoo ERP.Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost control and efficiency improvements.Collaborate closely with project managers and operations teams to monitor project costs, progress, and profitability.Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity. Skills & Technologies: You will be an expert in Accounting principles, with specialized knowledge in Construction Finance and Real Estate Finance. Your command of Odoo ERP is essential, alongside a strong background in Contracting Accounting. Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis will be key to your success. 4-7 years of progressive experience in an accounting role, with a strong focus on the Construction and Real Estate sectors.proficiency in core Accounting principles, including general ledger management, financial reporting, and cost accounting.Proven hands-on experience and advanced knowledge of Odoo ERP and Odoo systems.Solid understanding of Construction Finance, Real Estate Finance, and Contracting Accounting methodologies and best practices.Maximum Age: 32 years. 4-7 years of progressive experience in an accounting role, with a strong focus on the Construction and Real Estate sectors.proficiency in core Accounting principles, including general ledger management, financial reporting, and cost accounting.Proven hands-on experience and advanced knowledge of Odoo ERP and Odoo systems.Solid understanding of Construction Finance, Real Estate Finance, and Contracting Accounting methodologies and best practices.Maximum Age: 32 years.
