Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely salary payments.Review payroll inputs, including attendance, overtime, leaves, deductions, allowances, and final settlements.Ensure compliance with the Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance regulations, and company policies.Handle all personnel activities, including employee onboarding, employment contracts, probation, confirmations, transfers, promotions, resignations, and terminations.Process social insurance registrations, amendments, and terminations, and maintain communication with Social Insurance Offices.Coordinate with Labor Offices and other governmental authorities to ensure legal compliance.Maintain and update employee personnel files and HR records.Prepare employment letters, salary certificates, experience certificates, and other HR-related documents.Monitor annual leave balances, sick leave, and other employee entitlements.Reconcile payroll data and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner.Generate monthly payroll reports, HR metrics, and statutory reports.Coordinate with Finance regarding payroll accounting, payments, and reconciliations.Support internal and external audits by providing accurate payroll and personnel documentation.Ensure employee data confidentiality and maintain compliance with data protection policies.Identify opportunities to improve HR operations, payroll accuracy, and process efficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Commerce, Law, or a related field.- 3-5 years of experience in Personnel, HR Operations, Government Relations, or a related field.- Experience dealing with Social Insurance Offices and Labor Offices.- Stong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.- Strong organizational and administrative skills.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and accuracy.
