On behalf of our multinational client, we are looking to hire: Job Title for the new hire: Program Coordinator Job Description: We are seeking a Program/Project Management Support Specialist to join our team on a Term based contract basis.
This is a cross-regional role supporting teams operating across India, Asia Pacific (APAC), Africa, Middle East & Turkey (MEATR), and Latin America (LATAM).
The position requires strong coordination skills across multiple time zones and cultural contexts to provide crucial project management and administrative support, enhancing our team's operational effectiveness.
Expected deliverables: Maintain and optimize the team's project tracking system, ensuring accurate and timely updates Develop and implement documentation standards and best practices across team projects Process and manage purchase orders, vendor relationships, and administrative documentation Coordinate and reconcile team travel expenses and related documentation Establish and maintain project management standards and procedures Create and maintain project reports using various tools and dashboards Support team members with administrative and project management needs
Required qualifications/certifications: Master’s degree (preferable) in Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination or similar role Experience in construction industry and/or architectural project management highly valued Understanding of construction project lifecycles and documentation requirements Experience working with international teams and stakeholders Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong experience with Power BI and data visualization tools Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining project documentation standards Excellence in organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Flexibility to coordinate across multiple time zones Cultural awareness and sensitivity in communications Experience in global or regional project coordination preferred Strong virtual collaboration capabilities Knowledge of regional business practices and standards
