Site Engineer (Owner Representative)Job OpportunityRagab Group is seeking to hire a qualified Site Engineer (Owner Representative) to oversee the construction of a hotel project in Cairo and ensure that all works are executed according to the approved specifications, quality standards, budget, and project schedule.???? LocationCairo, Egypt (Preferably residents of Giza, Haram, or nearby areas) Job DescriptionThe Site Engineer will represent the project owner and be responsible for supervising all construction activities, coordinating with consultants and contractors, monitoring project progress, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, and reporting project status to management. Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise all on-site construction activities on behalf of the project owner.Review and monitor work progress according to the approved schedule.Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.Review contractor work, quantities, and completed milestones.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.Identify project risks and recommend corrective actions.Monitor project quality, cost, and timeline to ensure successful project delivery. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer or Owner Representative.Previous experience in hotels, commercial buildings, or large construction projects is preferred.Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies, finishing works, and quality control.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software.Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.Must be a resident of Cairo.Candidates residing in Haram or nearby areas are highly preferred.
