ResponsibilitiesLead and optimize HR administrative functions, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management.Oversee and enhance office management protocols, ensuring a productive and organized workspace.Provide expert support in human resources areas such as talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.Manage and coordinate complex schedules, meetings, and communications with precision.Utilize Microsoft Office Suite extensively to create reports, presentations, and manage crucial data.Ensure compliance with all relevant HR policies and labor laws.Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and employee engagement.
Skills & TechnologiesYou will bring a robust set of skills including deep expertise in HR and Human Resources (HR) practices, exceptional Office Management capabilities, and mastery of Microsoft Office applications.
