Job DescriptionJoin MindShift MENA and EduShift AI as a Product Management Intern and become part of a team that's transforming the future of learning through digital simulations and AI-powered learning experiences.As a Product Management Intern, you will work closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers, UI/UX Designers, Learning Designers, and Business Consultants to support the development of innovative digital learning simulations.You will participate in product discovery, requirements gathering, project coordination, Jira management, product documentation, quality assurance, and product testing while gaining practical experience across the complete product development lifecycle.This internship is designed for ambitious individuals who enjoy solving problems, working with people, organizing complex projects, and transforming ideas into impactful digital products.The Intern Will LearnDuring the internship, you will gain hands-on experience in:Product Management fundamentalsAgile and Scrum methodologiesProduct lifecycle managementDigital learning simulation developmentProduct discovery and requirements gatheringProject coordination and stakeholder managementWriting product documentation and specificationsJira project management and Agile workflowsProduct testing and Quality Assurance (QA)Writing and executing test casesBug reporting and validationAI-assisted product management using ChatGPT, Claude, and GeminiProduct roadmap planningAPI and Learning Management System (LMS) fundamentalsWorking within cross-functional product teamsProfessional communication and client interactionApplication Deadline: 6 Aug 2026Internship Start date: 1 Sep 2026Duration: 3 months Internship RequirementsWe're looking for someone who:Is currently a student or a recent graduate.Has a genuine interest in Product Management, Project Management, Business Analysis, or EdTech.Is highly organized with excellent follow-up and execution skills.Enjoys communicating with different types of people and collaborating in teams.Has strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Pays attention to details while understanding the bigger picture.Is naturally curious and enjoys learning new technologies.Has good to very good English communication skills.Has basic knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.Has basic knowledge of Jira or similar project management tools (preferred but not required).Has basic knowledge of Figma or Miro (preferred but not required).Is excited about building products that create real learning impact.
