Carefully study the project documents (specifications - quantification - contract - drawings - timetable).Prepare Shop drawing and as-built drawings, and ensure documentation and records are reviewed, approved by the consultant (Fire Fighting, HVAC, Plumbing).Study and prepare requests for information.Prepare technical and material submittals.Manage quantity surveying and pricing.Follow up shop drawing approval and material submittal approvals.Negotiate with suppliers to reach the most appropriate prices.Prepare the subcontractors’ and client’s invoices based on the progress report sent by the site engineer.Prepare and follow up the Variation Orders.Prepare a monthly procurement and financial plan to determine the site needs for the upcoming month.
