General Accountant

Fashion UK a rapidly growing manufacturing and distribution business based in UK – is seeking an experienced General Accountant to join its’ team on a full-time permanent basis based in Cairo -Nasr City . Key Responsibilities· Produce daily sales invoices & related credit notes & send out to our customers· Book received purchase invoices & it’s related debit notes· Match PO prices with sales & purchase invoices· Prepare the vendor payments requests in accordance with PO payment termsMonitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.· Hand E-invoicing portal , make sure we send out all of our sales invoices and receive purchase invoices Via portal· Vendor & customer Reconciliations and payment allocation· Respond to any queries raised internally or externally regarding financial transactions· Chase customer for payment remittances and make sure to duplicate the payment remittances in our ERP system· Full Bank reconciliations ,weekly is requiredSupports month-end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).At least (3-5) years of experience AR/APProven experience in accounts receivable, billing, or collections.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.Very good English is a must , experience working with foreigners is highly recommendedExperience with E-invoicing portal is a mustHand on experience ERP systems (Business central – Microsoft 365…etc) is a must Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).At least (3-5) years of experience AR/APProven experience in accounts receivable, billing, or collections.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.Very good English is a must , experience working with foreigners is highly recommendedExperience with E-invoicing portal is a mustHand on experience ERP systems (Business central – Microsoft 365…etc) is a must
