Responsibilities:Manage the complete admissions cycle from initial inquiry to student enrollment.Handle admissions for Preschool, Kindergarten, Primary, Middle School, and High School.Conduct school tours and provide accurate information to prospective parents.Build and maintain strong relationships with nurseries, educational partners, and prospective families.Follow up with parents and ensure a smooth enrollment process.Manage student applications, documents, and admission records.Coordinate with academic and administrative departments regarding student placement and enrollment.Represent the school at educational events, school fairs, and marketing activities.Support the school's PR and marketing initiatives to increase enrollment.Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional image of the school.
Required Skills:Bachelor's degree.Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Admissions or PR within an International School (British or American curriculum is a must).Hands-on experience handling admissions for all educational stages, from Preschool to High School.Existing relationships with nurseries and educational institutions are a strong advantage.Excellent command of English (spoken and written).Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Highly organized with the ability to work under pressure and achieve enrollment targets.Professional appearance and positive attitude.
