We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Wholesale Sales Executive to join our sales team in a full-time, on-site role.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our wholesale customer base, building strong relationships with wholesalers and distributors, achieving sales targets, and increasing market penetration across assigned territories.Role Responsibilities- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.- Develop new wholesale customers and expand market coverage.- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers and distributors.- Conduct regular customer visits according to the sales plan.- Present company products, negotiate, and close sales deals.- Follow up on customer orders until successful delivery.- Ensure timely collection of customer payments.- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities.- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams.- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.KPIs- Monthly Sales Revenue.- Sales Target Achievement (%).- Number of New Customers Acquired.- Customer Retention Rate.- Collection Rate.- Daily Customer Visits.- Territory Coverage.- Sales Growth.- Customer Satisfaction.- Accuracy and Timeliness of Sales Reports.
• High school diploma or Bachelor's degree.- 2–5 years of experience in Wholesale Sales.- Previous experience in the Food Manufacturing or FMCG industry is mandatory.- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.- Customer-oriented with excellent relationship-building skills.- Valid driving license is preferred.- Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
