The ideal candidate will ensure efficient delivery processes, maintain strong relationships with suppliers and freight partners, and support smooth operational performance across all logistics activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate local and international shipments and transportation activitiesMonitor inventory movement and ensure timely deliveriesPrepare and review shipping documents, customs paperwork, and invoicesCommunicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokersTrack shipments and resolve any transportation or delivery issuesOptimize logistics costs and improve operational efficiencyMaintain accurate logistics records and reporting systemsEnsure compliance with company policies and import/export regulationsSupport warehouse and procurement teams when required
