is looking for a dynamic and experienced
Retail & Operations Manager* to lead our operational excellence and support our ambitious expansion plans.If you are a strategic leader with a proven track record in retail management and supply chain optimization, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:Operations & Retail:* Oversee our Gouna store and lead future openings in New Cairo & 6th of October.Supply Chain:* Manage inventory, logistics, and production flow between the factory and stores.Data-Driven:* Track performance using accurate reporting and Excel-based inventory systems.Leadership:* Manage and coach our customer service and logistics teams to meet brand standards.
Requirements:3–5 years of experience in Retail or Operations Management.
Strong expertise in multi-location operations.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting systems.
Proven leadership and team-building skills.
