The Senior Customer Support Specialist at HealPath plays a critical role in ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
This role goes beyond traditional support , handling complex cases, supporting team performance, ensuring SLA compliance, and contributing to data-driven decision-making.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel.Track discrepancies (e.g., missing claims, incomplete cases).Provide insights and recommendations for process improvement.
Bachelor’s degree (Healthcare background is a strong plus: Pharmacy, Nursing, Science, business ).2+ years of experience in customer supportExperience in handling escalations and complex cases.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas, dashboards).Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint (professional presentations).Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English.Skills & CompetenciesStrong analytical and reporting skillsAbility to build dashboards and interpret dataLeadership and team support mindsetHigh attention to detailStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressureExcellent communication and patient handling skills
