Job SummaryThe Lead Generation Specialist drives lead generation and market development to secure corporate clients and recurring e-waste volumes.
The primary focus is lead generation and market development — identifying, qualifying and converting opportunities across corporate, government and partnership channels into a steady pipeline of high-quality leads and signed contracts.
The role owns the full acquisition lifecycle (market mapping, prospecting, proposals, negotiation and CRM pipeline management) and works cross-functionally with Operations, Compliance and Legal.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Market Development (Primary Focus)Build and execute a multi-channel lead generation strategy across B2B, government and partnership channels.Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, field visits, industry events, referrals and digital channels.Maintain a healthy, segmented database of potential corporate clients and e-waste sources.Own the acquisition pipeline end-to-end (lead → meeting → proposal → negotiation → contract) with accurate, up-to-date CRM records.Provide weekly forecasting and pipeline reviews with realistic stage probabilities.Client & Source AcquisitionAcquire new B2B accounts (factories, IT and telecom firms, banks, hospitals, hotels, retailers, real-estate developers) and secure recurring e-waste streams through long-term agreements.Run discovery meetings, site assessments and waste audits with Operations; position the company’s services around compliance, ESG, EPR obligations and data destruction.Partnerships, Market Intelligence & ReportingDevelop partnerships with companies, schools, government entities, retailers and NGOs, and lead RFP/RFQ responses for public and municipal tenders.Maintain a market map of high-volume e-waste generators and track competitors, regulations (EPR, hazardous-waste laws) and emerging recycling technologies.Deliver weekly and monthly reports on leads, conversions, contracts, revenue and tonnage; coordinate handover to Operations once contracts are signed.

Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree 3–5 years’ experience in lead generation, sales or business development, preferably in a B2B environment.Hands-on track record in B2B lead generation, prospecting and pipeline management; experience selling service-based offerings (compliance, logistics, environmental or facility services) is a plus.Strong prospecting, lead qualification (BANT/MEDDIC), outreach and follow-up skills; exposure to RFP/RFQ and tender responses is a plus.Proficiency in CRM platforms with the ability to build dashboards and reports; data-driven decision making.Good verbal and written communication skills, comfortable engaging clients and partners across functions.Fluent English, written and spoken – mandatory.
