*Welcome customers and provide a professional and positive in-store experience. • Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their needs and preferences. • Promote and sell the company's products, including gold coins, gold ingots, and other available offerings. • Explain product features, pricing, investment benefits, and current market information to customers. • Achieve individual and branch sales targets and KPIs. • Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services. • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. • Ensure all customer information and sales transactions are properly recorded in the designated systems. • Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. • Ensure products are displayed according to company standards and maintain branch appearance. • Follow all company policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and security guidelines. • Stay updated on gold market trends, product updates, and promotional campaigns. • Participate in training sessions and continuous development programs. • Support branch operations and perform additional duties assigned by management.
