Responsibilities:Lead and Supervise: Provide expert site supervision, guiding and motivating project teams to achieve excellence.Project Execution: Drive all aspects of project management, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and specifications.Technical Mastery: Apply profound civil engineering principles to solve complex on-site challenges and optimize construction methods.Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control procedures, ensuring all work meets industry standards and client expectations.Documentation & Planning: Master AutoCAD and Microsoft Office for precise planning, documentation, and reporting.Safety & Compliance: Champion construction safety protocols, creating a secure working environment for all personnel.Problem Solver: Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving abilities.Effective Communication: Foster clear and concise communication with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.Resource Management: Oversee the efficient allocation and utilization of resources, including materials, equipment, and manpower.
Skills & Technologies: This role demands a strong command of Construction methodologies, advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, and excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
You will leverage your expertise in Project Management, Site Supervision, and Quality Control. A deep understanding of Civil Engineering Principles and precise Blueprint Reading are essential.
