Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.Prepare baseline schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and project execution plans.Monitor project progress against the approved schedule and identify potential delays.Analyze schedule performance and recommend corrective actions to ensure timely project delivery.Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, procurement, and other stakeholders to gather progress updates.Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and management presentations.Perform critical path analysis and monitor project milestones.Track project productivity and resource utilization.Review subcontractor schedules and ensure alignment with the master project schedule.Support tender planning by preparing preliminary project schedules and resource plans.Participate in project meetings and provide planning-related insights and recommendations.Ensure compliance with company standards, contractual requirements, and project objectives.
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction engineering, or a related field.4–6 years of experience as a planning engineer in construction or real estate projects.Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory).Good knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel.Solid understanding of project planning, scheduling, resource loading, and cost control principles.Experience in preparing baseline schedules, recovery plans, and delay analysis.Familiarity with construction methodologies and sequencing.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Strong communication and coordination abilities.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.PMP certification and/or PMI-SP certification is an advantage.
