Trainer – Quality & Food Safety

About the RoleAl Abd is looking for a dedicated Trainer to join our Training & Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training content related to Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, and Food Safety, while coordinating logistics and communicating with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective training delivery. Key ResponsibilitiesApply and ensure compliance with training policies and proceduresDeliver training sessions in a clear, engaging, and professional manner (verbal & written)Design and develop training content and materialsCoordinate training logistics (dates, venues, materials, attendance tracking)Liaise with external training providers to obtain quotes and specificationsPrepare and maintain training models/templates (attendance sheets, evaluation forms, training contracts, etc.)Evaluate training effectiveness and measure ROI against organizational goalsConduct training sessions for factory workers and staff across branches as needed 2–4 years of experience in the FMCG industryStrong background in Quality & Food SafetyExperience in Occupational Health & SafetyFSSC 22000 certification is requiredRelevant Bachelor's degreeTOT (Train the Trainer) certificate is a plusStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsWillingness to move between Al Abd branches and factories (Abu Rawash & Shrabia) 2–4 years of experience in the FMCG industryStrong background in Quality & Food SafetyExperience in Occupational Health & SafetyFSSC 22000 certification is requiredRelevant Bachelor's degreeTOT (Train the Trainer) certificate is a plusStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsWillingness to move between Al Abd branches and factories (Abu Rawash & Shrabia)
