Executive Secretary to Finance Director (Accounting Background Required)

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly professional and experienced Executive Secretary to support the Finance Director in managing daily administrative and financial coordination activities.The ideal candidate must have strong computer skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a solid accounting background to effectively assist in finance-related administrative tasks. Responsibilities01- Manage the Finance Director’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and correspondence.02- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and official documents.03- Draft professional emails, letters, and meeting minutes.04- Maintain and update filing systems, records, and confidential documents.05- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties.06- Assist in preparing financial reports and administrative documentation.07- Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and action plans assigned by the Finance Director.08- Handle incoming calls and communications professionally.09- Support daily administrative and accounting-related activities.10- Perform other duties as assigned by management Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 4 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or similar role.Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of financial documents and reports.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Excellent command of English (written and spoken).Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.High level of professionalism and confidentiality.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience supporting a Finance Director, CFO, or senior management.Experience using ERP or accounting systems.Excellent reporting and documentation skills.
