Overview:As a Commercial Excellence Executive, you will be at the forefront of our sales and business development efforts, focusing on optimizing commercial strategies and fostering strong relationships within the medical community.
You will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and enhancing brand visibility in a competitive market.
Responsibilities:Execute and optimize commercial strategies to drive sales growth and market share within the assigned territory.Build and maintain robust relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and medical institutions.Promote and present pharmaceutical products with compelling scientific accuracy and persuasive sales techniques.Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends.Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, medical affairs, and other internal teams to ensure synergistic approaches.Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics consistently.Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries from healthcare professionals effectively.
Skills & Technologies:You will leverage your expertise in Pharmaceutical Sales, Medical Representative duties, and Commercial Excellence to excel in this role.
Proficiency in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Market Analysis will be critical.
Experience with CRM Software and strong capabilities in Client Relationship Management and Negotiation are highly valued.
