Senior HR Generalist

Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.Handle the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.Support recruitment and talent acquisition activities when required.Maintain employee records and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.Administer compensation, benefits, attendance, and leave processes in coordination with relevant departments.Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.Develop and update organizational structures and job descriptions.Design and develop a company-wide salary structure.Analyze business needs and recommend organizational development initiatives.Design and implement performance management systems and KPIs.Assist in implementing performance appraisal and employee development programs.Investigate and resolve employee relations issues professionally and confidentially.Prepare HR reports and monitor key HR metrics.Support organizational development and employee engagement initiatives.Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable labor regulations.
