Minimum 1 year of hands-on Solutions Management & Presales experience
• 3–4 years of previous experience in ERP implementation, software delivery, or software development
• Strong ability to understand business needs and translate technical solutions into business value
• Experience in technical demos, solution presentations, and proposal preparation
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
