Overview: As a Senior Technical Office Architect, you will be at the forefront of our most challenging and rewarding projects.
You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between design intent and construction execution, ensuring the highest standards of technical excellence and project delivery.

Responsibilities:Lead and oversee the development of comprehensive technical office documentation, including detailed shop drawings and construction documents.Manage and mentor a team of architects and draftsmen, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Collaborate extensively with design teams, project managers, and contractors to ensure seamless coordination and project execution.Conduct rigorous design reviews and provide expert technical guidance throughout all project phases.Specialize in Fit-Out and Interior Finishing projects, ensuring meticulous detailing and adherence to design specifications.Utilize advanced software like AutoCAD and Revit to produce high-quality architectural drawings and models.Drive problem-solving and implement innovative solutions to complex technical challenges on site.Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
Skills & Technologies: This role demands a strong command of Architecture, AutoCAD, Engineering principles, Technical Office methodologies, Shop Drawings production, Fit-Out expertise, Adobe Photoshop proficiency, Interior Finishing knowledge, Project Management acumen, Construction Documentation, Detailing excellence, Design Review capabilities, Team Leadership, Problem Solving, and exceptional Communication Skills.
Experience with Revit is highly valued.
