Overview: As our Production Engineer, you will be at the heart of our manufacturing operations, driving efficiency and excellence.

Responsibilities:Lead and optimize production processes, with a particular focus on pasta manufacturing, ensuring maximum efficiency and minimal waste.Implement and champion Lean Manufacturing principles and Continuous Improvement initiatives across all production stages.Oversee and enhance Quality Control measures to guarantee the consistent delivery of premium pasta products.Conduct thorough Data Analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.Proactively engage in Troubleshooting production issues, applying strong Problem Solving skills to minimize downtime.Manage various Project Management initiatives aimed at upgrading equipment, processes, and overall plant performance.Ensure strict adherence to all Safety Standards, fostering a safe and productive working environment.Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to achieve operational excellence.
Skills & Technologies:Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering principles and practices.Expertise in Pasta Production and food manufacturing processes.Strong background in Process Optimization and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.Adept at Quality Control systems and standards.Proven skills in Troubleshooting and Problem Solving complex production challenges.Competency in Project Management tools and techniques.Experience with Data Analysis for performance enhancement.Deep understanding of industrial Safety Standards and regulations.Commitment to Continuous Improvement and innovation.
