Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain the organizational structure of the factory.Prepare and update job descriptions for all positions.Establish a job grading system and assign job grades to all employees.Review and optimize the organizational structure to ensure business continuity and succession planning.Assess employees' skills and identify training needs.Develop and implement training and development plans.Design career paths linked to performance evaluation and job grading.Develop succession plans for key production and operational positions.Promote employee well-being, including health, safety, and workplace engagement initiatives.Implement job rotation programs across production departments.Develop and update HR policies and procedures, including recruitment, termination, and leave management.Establish and develop a comprehensive Human Resources department and its processes.
