Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and oversee costing activities for soft services, including housekeeping, pest control, and façade cleaning.Assist in preparing cost estimates and monitoring project budgets to ensure cost-effective service delivery.Monitor project expenditures and support budget planning activities.Prepare cost reports and analyze costing data to support management decisions.Coordinate with Project Managers, Supervisors, Procurement, and Technical Office teams to ensure accurate costing and smooth project execution.Review service-related quotations and support the evaluation of project costs.Maintain costing records and reports using Microsoft Excel and internal systems.Ensure compliance with company standards and support continuous cost optimization initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in Cost Control, Cost Analysis, Cost Accounting, Pricing, or a similar role.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Good analytical and numerical skills.Experience in preparing cost reports and monitoring budgets.Experience with ERP systems is a plus.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Experience in Facilities Management or service-related industries is preferred.
