Overview: As a Technical Solar Engineer, you will be at the forefront of designing, optimizing, and implementing cutting-edge solar energy solutions.
You will leverage your expertise to ensure the efficiency and reliability of our projects, contributing directly to a greener tomorrow.
Responsibilities:Lead the technical design and engineering of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, from concept through to commissioning.Perform detailed system modeling and simulations using tools like PVsyst to optimize energy yield and system performance.Develop comprehensive technical specifications, schematics, and layouts utilizing AutoCAD.Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and energy yield analyses for prospective solar projects.Collaborate cross-functionally with project managers, installers, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.Provide technical support and expertise throughout the project lifecycle, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Solar Energy technology and Electrical Engineering best practices.
Skills & Technologies: This role demands a strong foundation in Solar Energy and Electrical Engineering principles.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and simulation tools like PVsyst is essential.

Required Skills & Expertise:Demonstrable expertise in Solar Energy system design, development, and implementation.Strong background in Electrical Engineering principles, particularly as applied to renewable energy.Proficiency in using AutoCAD for electrical schematics and system layouts.Advanced skills in PVsyst for accurate solar PV system simulation and performance analysis.Proven ability to perform Renewable Energy Systems analysis and System Optimization.Experience in conducting thorough Feasibility Studies and detailed Project Design.Excellent Problem Solving abilities and a keen eye for Attention to Detail.Strong Technical Analysis and Critical Thinking skills.Effective Communication Skills for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.Experience Requirements:A minimum of 5-9 years of progressive experience in solar energy engineering or a related electrical engineering field.Career Level Expectations:This is an Experienced level role, requiring a self-starter who can take initiative, lead technical discussions, and mentor junior colleagues when applicable.
