Sourcing of all needed series-suppliers -either foreign or local- to cover the factory needs (raw material, parts, components, consumables, …).
This includes -but not limited to- finding potential suppliers, full assessment of supplier commercial and delivery capabilities, evaluation of supply risks (delivery, commercial, financial, ...), effectively participate in supplier approval process.
Contracting approved series-suppliers -either foreign or local- This includes -but not limited to- terms negotiation, price negotiation, securing potential risks.
Together with analyzing procurement obligations included in our contracts with customers.
Full responsibility of all foreign purchasing execution activities (From PR to delivery).provide help, advice and/or guidance in local purchasing and logistics processes.
Monitoring, evaluating and reporting all purchasing cycle.
Develop, implement, evaluate and report Purchasing budget.Represent BEE in dealing with the Government and banking authorities (General Authority for Investment and Free Zones, Public Security, General Authority for Civil-Protection, the Export Support and Development Fund, the Egyptian Organization for Standardization and Quality, … Proposing improvement, remedial and preventive measures that would improve work performance in its management.
Perform all tasks requested by the Supply Chain Manager or General Operations Manager within the scope of work in Supply Chain Management.Submit periodic reports to the Supply Chain Manager.
All of the above must be done in accordance with the official approved supply chain management procedure.
Comply with company policies and procedures and follow the company's administrative system.Work in accordance with documented environmental procedures and instructions.
To ISO14001:2015 requirementsReporting deviation problems related to environmental issues and EMS to the EMS Committee Environmental Management System.
Qualifications: High qualification (Bachelor of Engineering, Commerce or Bachelor of Laws preferred)
Experiences: 3-5 years’ experience Knowledge: Customs clearance procedures International Shipping Basics Supply chain / procurement management.Skills: English language proficiency Computer literate Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word – Excel – Outlook)
