Atomica Agency is a fast-growing digital marketing agency helping businesses grow through Branding, Social Media Management, Performance Marketing, Content Creation, Website Development, and Media Production.We are looking for a Business Development Specialist who is passionate about building relationships, identifying opportunities, and bringing in high-value clients.
ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach potential B2B clients through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and strategic partnerships.Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers.Understand clients' business needs and recommend the right marketing solutions.Present Atomica's services professionally.Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and close new business deals.Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.Work closely with the marketing and account management teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
3–7 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Client Acquisition.Previous experience selling services is required.Experience in Digital Marketing Agencies, Software Houses, or Marketing Services is highly preferred.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.Strong follow-up and closing skills.Existing business network is a strong advantage.
