Talent Acquisition & OD Supervisor

• Lead Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development initiatives. • Manage full-cycle recruitment and workforce planning activities. • Conduct competency-based interviews and candidate assessments. • Support performance management, succession planning, and employee development initiatives. • Contribute to organizational structure development and HR process improvement. • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development. • Real Estate Development or Construction experience is a MUST. • Strong experience in Recruitment, Competency-Based Interviewing (CBI), and Organizational Development. • HR Certification (PHRi, SPHRi, SHRM, or CIPD) is preferred. • Strong communication and leadership skills. • Residence near El Shorouk City is preferred. • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development. • Real Estate Development or Construction experience is a MUST. • Strong experience in Recruitment, Competency-Based Interviewing (CBI), and Organizational Development. • HR Certification (PHRi, SPHRi, SHRM, or CIPD) is preferred. • Strong communication and leadership skills. • Residence near El Shorouk City is preferred.
