Review and verify purchase orders related to inventory items in line with company policies and approval matrix.
Monitor and reconcile inventory transactions through the ERP system (SAP).
Perform inventory reconciliations between physical stock and system balances Investigate inventory variances and recommend corrective actions.
Review inventory movements including receipts, issues, transfers, returns, and adjustments Participate in cycle counts and annual inventory counts.
Ensure accurate inventory valuation and costing.
Prepare inventory reports (Aging, Slow-Moving, Obsolete Items, Variances).
Maintain compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Purchasing, Warehousing, Operations, and Finance teams Support internal and external audit requirements.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to inventory.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.(1–2) years of experience as an Inventory Control Accountant (Healthcare experience is preferred)
Strong knowledge of inventory accounting and financial reporting Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Very Good English.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP is an advantage).
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.(1–2) years of experience as an Inventory Control Accountant (Healthcare experience is preferred)
