Key ResponsibilitiesLoss Prevention: Design strategies to stop inventory shrinkage, cargo theft, and internal fraud.Access Control: Oversee visitor management, driver check-ins, and perimeter fencing for massive facilities.Surveillance Management: Monitor extensive CCTV networks, motion sensors, and alarm systems across multiple zones.Audit & Compliance: Conduct regular safety audits to meet OSHA standards and supply chain security certifications.Vendor Management: Select, contract, and evaluate third-party security guard agencies and technology vendors.Incident Investigation: Lead reviews of property damage, missing inventory, and workplace accidents alongside law enforcement.
