Spearhead the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates.Utilize innovative strategies to identify and engage with a diverse pool of qualified candidates for various roles.Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, guiding them through the interview process, scheduling, and providing timely updates.Expertly manage interview logistics, including scheduling, communication with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth process.Maintain accurate recruitment records and assist with various HR administrative tasks as needed.
2-4 years Experience in Human Resources, specifically within Recruitment or Talent Acquisition roles in Travel & Tourism industry.Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with candidates and hiring managers.Strong Organization Skills and meticulous attention to detail, managing multiple priorities effectively.Excellent English Language
