Alfa Medical Group is looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team.Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels.Conduct candidate screening and interviews.Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs.Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.Proven experience recruiting both white-collar and blue-collar positions.Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and sourcing strategies.Experience using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Wuzzuf, and other job portals.Excellent interviewing and communication skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.Good command of English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
