Lead and supervise the costing team.Develop and maintain costing systems and methodologiesSupport budgeting and forecasting activities.Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Operations, and other departments. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.3–5 years of proven experience in cost accounting (hospital/healthcare experience is a plus).Proficiency in MS Office, Especially Excel.Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.Strong analytical skills with the ability to work under pressure.
