Responsibilities:Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary engineering team, providing guidance and fostering professional growth.Oversee all aspects of IV fluids manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with international quality and safety standards.Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing production lines, reducing downtime, and enhancing overall efficiency.Manage complex projects from conception to completion, including equipment installation, validation, and process upgrades.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain, to achieve strategic objectives.Implement robust maintenance strategies to ensure the reliability and longevity of all manufacturing assets.Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices within the pharmaceutical industry.
Skills & Technologies: This role demands a deep understanding of Chemical and Mechanical Engineering principles, coupled with exceptional leadership and management capabilities.
Proficiency in manufacturing processes, production optimization, and quality control systems is essential.
Experience with pharmaceutical production, chemistry, and process validation will be highly valued.
